Welcome to FraserFlow.ai. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept this simple and clear so we can focus on growing your business together.

1. Client Responsibility

• Informed Choices: We provide the tools and data, but the final decision to subscribe to a specific plan rests with you, the client.

• Business Decisions: While our AI provides "Strategy Solutions" and insights, all final business and operational changes in your store are your responsibility.

2. Subscription & Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: Once a monthly subscription period has begun, the fee for that month is non-refundable.

• No Retroactive Refunds: We do not offer returns on subscription fees spent for months of service already provided.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your plan at any time to prevent future billing, but past payments remain final.

3. Setup Fees

• Labor & Onboarding: Our setup fee covers the intensive labor required to build your custom AI ads, configure your 4TB digital vault, and integrate your retail tracking systems.

• Non-Refundable: Because this fee covers immediate labor and resource allocation, setup fees are strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process has started.

4. Data & Privacy

• Privacy-First: We are committed to a privacy-first approach.

• Ownership: Your store’s raw data belongs to you, and we use it solely to generate your custom strategy reports.

• If the client deletes a data from the storage, we will not be responsible. we will try our best to recover the data.
