Refund Policy

At FraserFlow.ai, we are committed to delivering high-performance AI solutions for your business. Because our services involve significant technical labor and dedicated resource allocation, we have established the following policy:

1. Setup Fees

• Labor and Integration: The initial setup fee covers the intensive labor required to build your AI video ads, configure your website, and integrate your retail tracking systems.

• Non-Refundable: Once the onboarding and setup process has begun, the setup fee is strictly non-refundable.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

• Past Service Periods: We do not offer refunds for previous months of service already provided.

• Current Month: Once a monthly billing cycle has started, the fee for that month is final and non-refundable.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; however, this does not trigger a refund for months already paid.

3. Refund Processing Time

• 10–15 Day Window: If a refund is approved by our team for any reason, please allow 10 to 15 business days for the funds to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

4. Client Choice

• Final Decisions: As the business owner, you are responsible for choosing the plan that best fits your goals.

• No "Retroactive" Returns: We cannot provide refunds based on a change of mind regarding past subscription months or completed setup work.
